These terms apply to the Retrotick app for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or using Retrotick, you agree to them. Unless superseded by the terms on this page, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

Retrotick Plus subscription

Retrotick offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Retrotick Plus. While your subscription is active, it unlocks all premium themes in the app. The available plans, their prices, and their billing periods are always shown in the app before you subscribe.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing or cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or in the App Store by tapping your account picture and choosing Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Refunds. There are no refunds for the unused part of a subscription period. Refund requests are handled by Apple — you can ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes. If a plan's price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price takes effect.

One-time theme purchases

Premium themes can also be bought individually as one-time (non-consumable) purchases. A purchased theme stays unlocked permanently for your Apple Account and doesn't require a subscription. If a purchased theme ever shows as locked — for example on a new device — tap Restore Purchases in the theme gallery to bring your unlocks back.

Using Retrotick

Retrotick is licensed to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You agree not to copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app, and to use it in compliance with applicable laws.

No warranty

Retrotick is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Privacy

Retrotick collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Retrotick after a change means you accept the updated terms.
